The firm was founded in 1960 on the initiative of Giuseppe Meliadò (1924-2003), a lawyer who, after several years of practice at leading law firms of the time, decided to open his own firm, focusing on corporate restructuring, debt restructuring and insolvency proceedings. In the early 1980s he was joined by his son Giovanni, who deepened his knowledge of corporate law, contracts, national and international, tax planning and created a network of consolidated partnership and fiduciary relationships with other Italian and European professional firms.
